I would like to share with you a few thoughts about my self-image and thus also that of ZELMION.
When I founded the company, I set myself the task of creating a company that always focuses on people and their needs. A company that takes care of the individual and supports them in growing and developing themselves. I wanted to create something that all the people involved would like to contribute to and everyone can contribute their knowledge, their qualities and their personality in the best possible way.
Our actions at ZELMION are characterized by cohesion, appreciation and mutual support. We have short, direct decision-making paths, all opinions are heard, and everyone can contribute in many ways.
Our core values of collaboration are trust, proactivity and reliability. There are great freedoms in the division of labour and many possibilities for self-determined work. However, these freedoms also require a certain degree of discipline and autonomy.
