Due to the decentralised receipt and processing of documents, information relevant to business processes is often scattered throughout the company among various employees. A central access is often not possible, and many employees lack the SAP affinity or simply an SAP access to link documents with relevant SAP objects (bookings, orders, etc.), where they would also be accessible for many other users.
Our solution xSuite Interface Office+ enables your employees to link documents directly with objects in SAP from Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as from the Windows desktop, without the user needing SAP know-how or SAP access.
Project procedure
- We provide your IT with the system requirements, software and a checklist for the necessary infrastructure.
- After providing the infrastructure, we set up your system according to our best practice model.
- You will receive training for administrators and key users, after which your accounts payable department will conduct a specialist test.
- Once the tests have been successfully completed, your productive SAP system will be connected, and you can link documents to SAP objects from any workstation.
